Clients are now asked to complete a Covid-19 Consent form prior to each appointment which includes questions about travelling within two weeks of a scheduled appointment or if they are feeling unwell.

Client Guidelines 

• A Pre-screen Questionnaire & Consent form is to be completed online, prior to any appointments.

• Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment. 

• Upon arrival, we ask that clients ring our doorbell to notify us that they have arrived.

• Prior to entering the salon, we ask that clients wait outside on our pink bench or in their car.

• All clients must attend their appointment with a mask & wear it upon entry. Due to the shortage of masks, we ask clients to please provide their own.

• When entering the salon all clients must sanitize their hands. Before receiving their service, they will then be required to wash their hands.

• Client's temperature will be taken when entering the salon, with a contactless thermometer.

• All shoes must be removed & clients will be provided with disposable slippers.

• No guests are permitted to attend with clients.

• Client's belongings must be left in their car, to limit the spread of germs (except phone & payment method).

 

 

Staff Guidelines 

• All Staff will be using new gloves for every client as well as wearing a mask & face shield at all times.

• We continue to use hospital grade antimicrobial cleaning solutions such as PREempt, CaviCide Cleaner, and 70-90% alcohol hand sanitizers, wipes & sprays.

• All services are by appointment only as the waiting room will now be closed.

• We will be utilizing disposable bed sheets, towels, & headbands for each client.

• We have a full-time sanitization assistant for continuous disinfection of all surfaces, knobs, doorbells, debit machines, etc.

• Extended time is added between appointments to accommodate for sanitation.

• A splash guard has been installed at front reception.

• All Staff will complete a COVID-19 Questionnaire prior to every scheduled workday.

At ViBeauti Bar, we understand that these new protocols are slightly different from how we operated prior to COVID-19 and may take some time to familiarize ourselves with these new standards. However, they are absolutely necessary to keep our clients, staff & community safe. These protocols & guidelines are subject to change based on recommendations from Ontario Public Health.
